About Me

Hi, I’m Arabella, a certified naturopathic nutrition and health coach and neuro-athletic practitioner.

Before moving into health, I spent over 12 years in commercial television. I understand what it means to operate under pressure, to juggle multiple demands and to keep going even when your body is asking you to stop.

I am also a mum. I understand the mental load, the responsibility and the constant pull on your time and energy. The desire to be everything for your children and family while also trying not to disappear yourself.

My understanding of this also goes deeper than professional training. Ten years ago I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition. Before that, food and exercise were simply calories in and calories out. However my diagnosis forced me to take a real look at how I was living my life as I was determined that this would not now become my identity. I discovered the power of food to heal and support, and movement as a source of energy and strength rather than punishment. It taught me that fatigue, hormonal chaos and feeling completely unlike yourself are not things you simply have to accept.

That journey, combined with my training and life as a mum to two little ones, has reframed, in a positive way, the foundation of everything I do. My work is shaped by both lived experience and professional expertise. I know what it feels like to try and hold everything together while running on fumes.

It is also where Reclaim Her, my signature coaching programme, was born, built around the essential pillars of health that make the difference between getting through the day and genuinely thriving in every area of your life.

That is why I do this work.

Qualifications

  • Naturopathic Health Coach Diploma - College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM)

  • Ongoing CPD - functional nutrition, hormonal health, gut health, brain health and behaviour change
